Our Beginner class introduces you to the fundamentals, providing a great opportunity for newcomers to familiarise themselves with the Reformer before advancing to more complex movements in other sessions. This class is also ideal for those recovering from an injury or returning after a break, offering a slower, more gentle pace. If you're new to Reformer, this class is the perfect place to start.
Reformer Dynamic
If you're looking for a more spicy, challenging workout, our Dynamic classes offer increased intensity with advanced movements. This class is perfect for intermediate participants and is ideal once you're comfortable with the Foundations of Reformer.
Reformer 50+
Our 50+ class is specially tailored for individuals aged 50 and over who want to build strength and improve flexibility through gentle, low-impact exercises. These beginner-friendly sessions emphasize toning, posture, stretching, and mobility—making them an ideal option for those aiming to stay active and enhance their physical well-being.

Reformer Post-Natal
Our Post-Natal Reformer Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to help you regain strength, flexibility, and overall fitness after childbirth. With a focus on controlled, supportive movements, each session works to restore pelvic floor function, rebuild core and abdominal strength, and improve posture and alignment. These gentle yet effective workouts are tailored to support your recovery and overall well-being during this important stage. You're warmly encouraged to bring your baby along in a car seat or with a blanket to lay on—just ensure they are pre-crawling so we can maintain a safe environment for everyone. To join the class, we kindly ask that you've had your 6-week postnatal check-up (12 weeks if you've had a C-section) and been cleared for exercise by your healthcare provider. We are limited on space so please avoid bringing a pram where possible.
Reformer by Candlelight
Our Reformer by Candlelight classes offer a slower-paced, more relaxing flow, designed to help you unwind and stretch after a busy day. Set in a calming atmosphere surrounded by soft candlelight, this class provides the perfect opportunity to de-stress, restore balance, and gently release tension in both body and mind.
