FAQs

How do I book?

You can book classes, memberships, and events easily through the booking system on the "BOOK" page on our website or via the Glofox App.

To get started with Glofox, simply download the app, search for Saige Pilates, and create an account. Once you're set up, you'll have full access to our schedule and can manage your bookings with ease.

Which classes are the best for me to attend?

You'll find detailed descriptions of all our classes on the Classes page.

If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with our Foundation class and then move onto our Dynamic class when you have more experience.

Still not sure which class is right for you? Just send us an email or drop us a message on Instagram — we're happy to help!

What should I bring/wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable activewear.

Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes, but don’t worry — if you don’t have a pair, they’re available to purchase at the studio.

Don’t forget to bring a water bottle! 

Do you have a changing room?

We are a small boutique studio so do not have changing rooms, however we have do have a toilet that can be used for customers to change in if needed.

What if I need to cancel?

We totally get that plans can change! Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  • Cancel 12+ hours before class: You’ll receive a full credit to use toward another class.

  • Cancel within 12 hours of class: We’re unable to issue a credit for late cancellations.
